Bronchitis, rotavirus and ear infections

That was my vacation the last 10 days. We went to Disney World. Spent a whole 'lotta money to be miserable. I should have known the whole trip was jinxed. Started the morning before we left with me and a good ol' UTI. Then I decided it would be fun to highlight my hair (myself) before we left. It's orange. I had Rx motion sickness patch for the plane ride- didn't help. I was sick as a dog from the time we left the gate. Oh and speaking of dogs, found out we had no dog sitter the night before we left. Then there was the diamond stud earrings I've been wearing for years- I lost one of them. Finally we were there. The weather was perfect! The first couple days were wonderful. Then Friday night/Sat. AM my 4 year old came in with a tummy ache. Next thing I knew I was wearing it. Today at the dr. we've confirmed rotavirus which worked through the family one day at a time. On top of that some of us also have bronchitis, some have ear infections. We're all beyond miserable to say the least. Everything that could have gone wrong it did. We were sent to the wrong gate at the airport for the return flight. Didn't know it until we hear our names called that our flight was leaving w/o us in 2 minutes 24 gates away. So there were are trucking across the terminal, sick kids in tow, wheezing the whole way. Only to have the crew member rudely tell us that WE have inconvenienced over 100 other passengers because we couldn't get to our gate on time. Yeah. Nice. So we all sat separately on the return flight. Well, that's all for now. I'm needed. 2 out of 4 kids can't break a fever under 102. I guess technically I'm the healthiest since I only have bronchitis now. My poor babies. We're a pathetic lot.
